Thrive Communities is seeking a Remote Support Services Specialist to be the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams. You will organize service requests, maintain records, and assist with daily operations in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident, vendor, and staff inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Organize and track service requests from start to finish.
• Provide timely, professional support and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding issues.
