Job summary

LCI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet customers, ensure accurate checkout, and coordinate with the warehouse for stock. This remote/hybrid role supports customers across our network.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic retail knowledge, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work Monday through Friday with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM window that can vary, contributing to a respectful, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with checkout systems.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have interpersonal skills for customers, vendors, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service with recognition to all customers.
• Perform accurate computerized checkout.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and coworkers.
• Request and identify material from the warehouse; stock shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Assume other duties as assigned by Manager/Assistant Manager.
