Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at Keesler AFB to provide attentive customer support and accurate checkout at the point of sale. The role requires clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and teamwork to ensure a positive experience for customers and vendors on-site.

Eligible candidates are high school graduates with relevant experience, comfortable with basic retail systems, and able to perform stock and shelf duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge. Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Requires excellent communication skills.
• Must have interpersonal skills dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers and management. Team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service interactions with recognition and interface with customers.
• Ensure accurate computerized checkout.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team.
• Request and identify material from warehouse and stock shelves.
• Keep store clean and organized; perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
