Nutrafol is hiring an Operations Associate to manage fraud screening, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination for our direct-to-consumer business. You will work with fulfillment centers, carriers, and internal teams to keep orders moving and issues resolved promptly.

The role is remote in the United States, with a set Tue–Sat schedule, ET business hours, and opportunities to support B2B and Retail channels as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years in ecommerce operations or brand experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce models including fulfillment, shipping and CX processes.
• Experience documenting functional requirements for projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fraud screening on orders and flag for secondary verification.
• Maintain e-commerce, fraud, payment gateway, and 3PL systems.
• Handle fulfillment issues and coordinate with 3PL vendors.
• Troubleshoot system issues raised by the customer experience team.
• Escalate project issues to development when needed.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled with tracking reported timely.
• Manage order errors and returns processes.
• Collaborate with Card Processing Team on account specifics.
• Support B2B and Retail channels and learn related tasks.
• Monitor assigned queues to meet SLAs and performance targets.
