Backblaze in the United States is building a scalable post‑sales organization. As Sr.

Customer Programs Manager you’ll own programs that define every touchpoint after sign‑on, from onboarding playbooks to Voice of Customer systems, partnering with CS, Support, Product, and Sales. You’ll design end‑to‑end experiences for enterprise and white‑label customers, translate insights into roadmap input, and create repeatable enablement that accelerates value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Program Management.
• Built programs from scratch end‑to‑end and measured impact.
• Able to communicate with diverse stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Experience with VOC programs, NPS/CSAT, and turning data into decisions.
• Strong writing skills for executive briefings and team docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the post‑sales experience and define service standards and onboarding playbooks.
• Build the Voice of Customer engine and translate insights into product and support improvements.
• Create scalable enablement programs with content, certifications, and self‑serve resources.
• Define end‑to‑end onboarding for partners and enterprise accounts (white‑label, OEM).
• Track program health with leading and lagging indicators and scale successful initiatives.
