Job summary

OnTrac in the United States is hiring a Customer Integration Associate to lead onboarding and integration of new customers into company systems, processes, and services. You will coordinate setup activities, manage timelines, and document requirements to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, provide clear customer updates, and deliver a consistent, high-quality startup experience that supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of customer integration concepts and terminology.
• Knowledge of CRM technologies and data exchange processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON and XML data formats is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, integrations or technical support is a plus.
• Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration of customers into company systems from go‑live to success.
• Coordinate system setup, data exchange, and readiness activities.
• Track milestones, manage multiple customers, and communicate status clearly.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues with internal teams and escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, requirements, and steps.
