Job summary

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably for a financial institution).
• Familiar with Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure the accuracy of customer account information.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with Empower customer success team.
