The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and clear communication while supporting clients remotely. This full-time, 40-hour workweek includes a remote setup and requires a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in phone-based or client-facing roles.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stay calm, empathetic, and professional in high-stress conversations.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow compliance guidelines.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute and comfort with multiple applications.
• Reliable attendance and availability, especially in the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and verify information.
• Explain intake process, client journey, and next steps.
• Schedule consultations and appointments, follow up as needed.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM and gather required documents.
• Escalate complaints per procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Adhere to established processes and compliance requirements.
