Resolv Global is hiring Client Intake Specialists for a fully remote US position supported by company equipment. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, verifying client information, explaining the intake process, scheduling consultations, and guiding clients through enrollment while documenting every interaction in the CRM.

The ideal candidate will stay calm under pressure, listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and adhere to strict compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience on phone-based or client-facing roles.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in emotionally charged conversations.
• Ability to document interactions accurately and follow compliance guidelines.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients.
• Verify client information accurately.
• Explain the intake process, client journey, and next steps.
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
• Follow up with clients after enrollment.
• Assist clients who have not completed enrollment.
• De-escalate conversations while maintaining professionalism.
• Educate clients on process without giving professional/legal advice.
• Document every interaction in the CRM accurately.
• Help clients obtain required documents and records as needed.
• Escalate complaints according to procedures.
