Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Inside Sales in SaaS.
• Experience managing many accounts concurrently with varying engagement levels.
• Exposure to upsell or cross-sell opportunities and quota responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standardized workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and proactive in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for a portfolio of small sponsor accounts at scale.
• Own retention and renewal outcomes across the assigned portfolio.
• Manage outreach to maintain engagement and surface expansion opportunities.
• Conduct renewal and pricing conversations within approved guidelines.
• Forecast expansion activity and communicate progress to management.
• Collaborate with Support and Product to improve onboarding and templates.
