Job summary

Jobgether SRL, acting for a partner company, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager based in Switzerland. This role blends hands-on growth execution with strategic ownership across paid, SEO, AEO, product marketing, and content.

You will drive inbound demand, pipeline, and market positioning while collaborating with senior leadership across Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering. You will identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, analyze performance, and decide where to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Demand Gen or related field in B2B SaaS.
• Experience developing marketing strategies for Sales/Revenue leaders or B2B audiences.
• Hands-on ownership of paid acquisition across channels.
• Strong SEO experience across content, technical SEO and conversion.
• Experience with AI-driven search optimization a plus.
• Product marketing experience including GTM, launches and sales enablement.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Comfort with AI/automation to improve efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Adaptive, proactive, startup-ready mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English.
• Ownership mindset and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Translate quarterly marketing priorities into clear plans and coordinate execution.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels.
• Own inbound demand targets including demos and pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end paid acquisition with budget and CAC management.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for traffic and conversion.
• Build an AEO strategy to boost visibility and AI-powered recommendations.
• Own product positioning, messaging, and GTM for launches.
• Set content direction based on priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Content and marketing to ensure aligned campaigns.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering.
• Translate new products and messaging into sales enablement.
• Monitor marketing performance and prioritize initiatives by impact.
