Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales/Account Manager for a remote-based role primarily serving the U.S. market, with some alignment to Bentonville, AR.

You will drive shopper-focused plans, promotions, and account strategies with Sam’s Club and other retailers, leveraging BI data for selling stories and forecasts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance to maximize distribution, trade spend efficiency, and category

Qualifications

• Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem solving.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong negotiating skills to create win-win outcomes.

• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven forecasting skills and data-driven decision making.
• 5+ years in a Club or Retail CPG sales environment preferred.
• Experience in ice cream category.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with retailer to collaborate and execute promotions.
• Create item presentations with data-specific information.
• Create and modify sales forecasts for each category.
• Negotiate monthly promotions with customers.
• Understand customer contracts and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage trade spend to maximize profitability while maintaining good relations.
• Collaborate with outside vendors on promotional synergies.
• Analyze promotion effectiveness using IRI and other reports.
• Monitor competitive landscape to protect exclusivity.
• Maintain reporting, promotion calendars, and forecast volumes.
• Execute all Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream priorities.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to drive initiatives.
