Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream in Bentonville, AR, seeks a results-driven sales professional to lead Club/Retail initiatives nationwide. You will selling, negotiating, and executing business plans with Sam’s Club, using BI data to craft compelling stories and grow shelf presence.

You will coordinate with internal teams to align plans, manage trade spend, forecast demand, and monitor promotions. 5+ years in Club/CPG sales with ice cream experience is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a Club or Retail CPG sales environment preferred.
Experience in Ice Cream category preferred.
Strong negotiating skills to create win-win outcomes for company and customer.
Proven initiative and ability to drive resolutions with stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans for the retailer.
Create a selling story to drive the business with Sam’s Club using BI insights.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support the customer.
Manage trade spend to maximize profitability while maintaining relationships.
Develop item presentations with data to hold and gain shelf space.
Monitor promotions and forecast volume across categories.
