Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Distributor Account Manager to drive profitable growth in the frozen category by leading distributor partnerships serving independent grocers, regional chains, and C-store accounts. You will develop distributor-specific category strategies, manage forecasts and trade investments, and ensure strong in-market execution across freezer distribution and promotions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer facing, sales planning or category management in the CPG industry.
• Experience working with distributors, particularly frozen distributors, is a plus.
• Strong data management and insight building using syndicated data (IRI, Circana).
• Proven ability to develop strategies and collaborate across functions to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributor-specific category strategies and manage forecasts and trade investments.
• Lead negotiations on promotions, allocations, and execution standards with distributor partners.
