Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional support across phone, email, and social channels from our Etna, OH home office, with remote work after training. You will troubleshoot accounts, process refunds and changes, and keep customer data accurate in WashAssist and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology platforms such as Salesforce and WashAssist.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and tickets with timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot account issues for location staff and customers.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and package changes in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information in WashAssist and Salesforce.
