• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and tickets with timely, customer-centric resolutions.
• Assist location staff by troubleshooting account issues.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and package changes professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information in systems.
