Job summary

Express Wash Concepts seeks a Customer Service Rep to handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media, while ensuring timely, customer-centric resolutions. You will support location staff, process refunds, and maintain customer data in Salesforce and WashAssist.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in customer service, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to learn new software. This role starts at our Etna home office with training and then offers remote work

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology platforms (Salesforce, WashAssist).
• Excellent communication skills with conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and tickets with timely resolutions.
• Assist location staff by troubleshooting account issues.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and package changes in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information in WashAssist and Salesforce.
• Respond to online customer reviews.
• Undertake additional tasks to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
