Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to excel in a fast-paced, post-training remote role based from Etna, Ohio. You will handle inquiries across channels, troubleshoot account issues, and process refunds or cancellations while maintaining accurate data in WashAssist and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft, WashAssist, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and customer tickets, delivering timely and customer-centric resolutions.
• Provide invaluable assistance to location staff by troubleshooting account issues.
• Execute refunds, cancellations, and package changes in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information in WashAssist and Salesforce.
• Thoughtfully respond to online customer reviews.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
