Job summary

Allied Universal's Deposita subsidiary is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join a remote call center team. You will identify customer needs, provide direct support, and guide issues toward resolution in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes technical customer service with exposure to CRM tools such as Service Now and TalkDesk. Starting pay is $17/hour, with bilingual premium up to $18/hour for French (Canada) or Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center.
• Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations.
• Ability to learn quickly and exercise good judgment.
• Experience with CRM and creating cases and escalations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
• Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
• Create cases for all calls and emails, document the history and steps taken, and log resolutions.
• Be cross trained in other areas of the department.
• Maintain personal performance to positively impact department metrics.
