Job summary

Allied Universal, through Deposita, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a remote position. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer experiences, identifying needs, and guiding customers toward resolutions.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service background, 2+ years in a technical call center, and knowledge of CRM systems. Bilingual (French Canadian or Spanish) skills are rewarded with a higher starting rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center.
• Strong customer service and customer relations skills.
• Ability to write clearly and speak effectively.
• Familiarity with creating cases and case numbers and escalations using CRM and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and clarify information to guide toward resolution.
• Tackle problems in technical systems with accuracy.
• Create cases for calls and emails, document problem history and resolutions.
• Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the department.
• Maintain performance to meet departmental metrics.
