Job summary

Treehouse is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to design and oversee customer service strategies across Sales, Field Operations, and Engineering, ensuring a positive, seamless experience from initial contact through post-install support.

You will own the customer journey, establish Voice of the Customer processes, lead a small team, and partner with product and operations to translate feedback into improvements. Remote-friendly role with salary 90k–130k plus equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in related field.
• 4+ years in customer success or CX management with team leadership.
• Experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the customer journey across the lifecycle from initial contact to post-install support.
• Create and implement customer service strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Establish Voice of the Customer processes and advocate for customer needs in internal decisions.
• Gather, analyze, and act on feedback via surveys and direct interactions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee installation scheduling coordination among Field Operations, building departments, and customers.
• Manage complex customer issues, change orders, and escalations with cross-functional teams to maintain satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that reflect the voice of the customer and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, and Engineering to embed insights into product and service delivery.
• Design and deliver training programs to elevate Customer Service Associates' capabilities.
