Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Stamford, CT. This in-office, full-time role focuses on guiding homeowners through electrification journeys, from sign-on to system go-live and beyond.

You will advocate for homeowners, translate complex solar concepts into simple wins, and collaborate with field/ops teams to eliminate roadblocks while leveraging AI tools and CRM to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, hospitality, or solar operations is a major plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
• CRM experience is required (we’ll teach you our workflow).
• This is a full-time, in-office role at our Stamford, CT headquarters.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: Prior experience in customer success, hospitality, or solar operations is a major plus.

• Systems: CRM experience is required (we’ll teach you our specific workflow, but you should know your way around a database).
• Presence: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Stamford, CT headquarters. We believe the best customer service magic happens when the team is together!
