Job summary

Allied Roofing Partners is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for homeowners. You will handle both inbound inquiries and outbound appointment setting, delivering prompt, friendly support from a remote home office.

Using scripts and a CRM, you will respond to leads quickly, book inspections, and help homeowners feel supported from first contact through the scheduling process.

Qualifications

• Phone-based customer service or call-center experience with scripts/playbooks.
• Clear, confident phone presence with empathy.
• Ability to work from home in a quiet, professional space.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong tech skills to learn CRM, dialer and tools as they evolve.

Responsibilities

• Outbound – appointment setting & recovery: call backs and missed leads to book appointments.
• Inbound – handle requests to book inspections or estimates and answer questions.
• Respond to new website and social media leads within minutes.
• Log every interaction in the CRM and coordinate with billing when needed.
