Job summary

Honest Abe Roofing in southeast Michigan is growing and seeks a positive, organized, customer‑focused person with a can‑do attitude for an Inside Sales role.

As the first point of contact, you’ll turn opportunities into appointments, manage homeowner inquiries, schedule Roofing Advisors, follow up on leads, and keep files and CRM up to date.

The team offers weekly pay, $20–$24/hour, paid time off and holidays, Monday–Friday hours, and training in our systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Attitude, initiative, communication skills, and attention to detail matter most.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is helpful.
• Willingness to prospect and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, and email
• Schedule qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors
• Follow up on leads who haven’t scheduled yet
• Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows
• Keep CRM notes and records accurate and up to date
• Help with payments, invoices, permits, and project documentation
• Assist teammates and communicate issues promptly
