Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in call centers, retail, hospitality, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound vehicle service inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments for multiple dealerships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions.
• Document interactions and appointments in company systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure a seamless experience.
