Job summary

InEight Inc. seeks a Customer Enablement Specialist to help customers adopt InEight solutions and drive Customer Education initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Customer Success team to review adoption, usage trends, and value realization, and coordinate with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and expansion. You'll lead the Skillable hands-on training program, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement labs, develop content, and provide actionable insights through

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and management abilities.
• Ability to design clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations for customer reviews and updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Ability to review customer data and translate findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to monitor customer adoption and account health.
• Participate in meetings focused on adoption, enablement, and value realization.
• Develop customer-facing metrics and reports with the Analytics team.
• Identify adoption gaps and risks, and propose education opportunities.
• Coordinate Skillable training lab implementation and ongoing management.
• Prepare customer business reviews, executive presentations, and adoption insights.
• Support renewals and expansion discussions with sales and account teams.
