Job summary

Event Temple is seeking a Customer Education Manager to design and own the customer learning experience. You will build Event Temple University, courses, videos, and the knowledge base, ensuring content stays accurate as the product evolves.

The role collaborates with Product, Customer Success, and Support to meet customer needs and scale education across thousands of users. You will drive learning efficiency, measure engagement and certification, and leverage AI to create on-brand materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating videos and digital training at scale, with courses and supporting content.
• Experience owning customer education, training, enablement, or a similar program.
• Strong understanding of how people learn software.
• Excellent ability to turn complex topics into clear, practical learning.
• Experience with an LMS, knowledge base, or learning platform.
• Proven ability to create a scalable education system, including structure, templates, and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to create on-brand learning material.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Event Temple University and related learning content.
• Build courses, instructional videos, guides, and learning paths.
• Identify customer learning needs and determine effective teaching methods.
• Translate complex product workflows into simple learning experiences.
• Keep education materials accurate as the product evolves.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, and Support to understand customer needs.
• Create scalable education programs for thousands of customers.
• Develop templates and workflows to maintain consistency.
