Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our remote team serving the Idaho (Boise area) market. The day-to-day involves working remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Residence in Idaho (Boise area).
• Ability to work remotely with own computer, monitors, phone, and high-speed internet.
• Clear and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Strong decision-making and real-time problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customers and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
• Schedule jobs by matching technicians to assignments based on urgency, location, and skill.
• Act as liaison among customers, technicians, and management; keep all parties informed.
• Confirm appointments, reschedule when needed, update records, and ensure follow-through.
