Job summary

Amcor LLC seeks a Customer Care professional to manage order intake and maintain day-to-day operations for assigned accounts. You will interact with customers and internal teams to provide accurate order information and resolve issues.

The role supports multiple product lines with a focus on proactive service levels, timely responses, and strong cross-functional collaboration, including with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. Remote-friendly with home workspace requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer care or related experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle order intake from web, email, EDI or faxed POs.
• Provide timely responses on order status, pricing, documentation, and invoicing.
• Act as a solution provider to resolve customer issues and improve service levels.
• Monitor orders and service levels; identify improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Process return authorizations and assist in resolving deductions.
• Learn and use multiple product lines and related processes to support customers.
• Coordinate with transportation, supply chain and plant ops to meet service levels.
