Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Representative to lead and coach the customer care team, ensuring friendly, professional service and timely order processing.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to diffuse tense situations, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. The position supports orders via web, email, EDI and fax, and may involve working from home with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, decision making and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; typing 50-60 wpm.
• Advanced understanding of systems as they pertain to Customer Care, Sales, Pricing, Operations, Scheduling, Shipping, Manufacturing and Credit.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors, coaches and develops customer care teams on policies and procedures.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of orders, pricing, and invoicing.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and tact.
• Maintains professional relationships with internal and external departments for order completion.
