Qualifications

• Above-average verbal communication with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and handle multiple tools.
• Minimum of one year of BPO experience in a customer service account.
• High level of reliability and accountability with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and assist with product inquiries, website navigation, billing, order status, and returns.
• Meet performance metrics, including average handle time around 5 minutes and at least 60 calls per day.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on unresolved or disconnected interactions.
• Make sound decisions prioritizing customer needs and business health.
