Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; courteous and patient demeanor.
• Able to learn new software and navigate multiple browser-based tools; document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, and phone.
• Identify the reason for each request by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and account matters using approved resources.
• Troubleshoot issues, explain options, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and follow-up requirements in systems.
