Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a remote Customer Care Advocate to handle insurance inquiries, benefits, and claims with a focus on accuracy and empathy. You will support insureds and partners while maintaining service and quality standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 AM–7 PM CST shifts, and a pay rate of $18/hr with a $1 bilingual premium. Strong communication and data entry skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience.
• Verbal and written communication with a detail-oriented approach.
• Data entry proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries about group life, disability, and absence including claims.
• Process initial notices of loss for related claims by phone and non-phone channels.
• Interact professionally with business partners, insureds, and claimants.
• Meet department quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Prepare documents and communications using standard formats.
• Resolve standard and complex inquiries; escalate highly complex issues to seniors.
• Assist teammates with knowledge and support.
