Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to lead customer advocacy, community engagement, and reputation initiatives. You will build programs to turn customer experiences into credible reviews, testimonials, and stories while aligning with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

You will monitor conversations, identify opportunities, and drive scalable processes that strengthen our reputation and market intelligence across relevant channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, customer marketing, reputation management, or related discipline.
• Experience building or operating programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong judgment when representing a company publicly.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those relationships into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, community and social platforms, project-management tools, or similar technology.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, data and analytics, construction, or another complex B2B environment is helpful, but curiosity and ability to learn quickly matter more

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer advocacy programs connecting customers to testimonials, reviews, references, and stories.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and other teams to identify customers for participation in testimonials, reviews, and events.
• Manage review and reputation initiatives across platforms like G2, BBB, including outreach, response coordination, and program tracking.
• Maintain clear records of customer participation, permissions, interests, and approved proof for scalable advocacy across the organization.
