Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to advance customer advocacy, community engagement and reputation across channels. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to build programs that turn customer experiences into reviews, testimonials, references and stories.

You’ll lead cross‑functional initiatives, monitor feedback, and scale advocacy programs while maintaining rigorous records and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, or customer advocacy roles.
• Excellent writing and public-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer advocacy programs and identify strong advocates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to source testimonials and case studies.
• Monitor and improve reputation across review platforms and social channels.
• Produce insights from customer feedback to guide company-wide decision-making.
