Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to strengthen relationships with customers and communities shaping the construction industry. You will lead programs linking engagement, advocacy, reviews, and social proof, turning experiences into credible proof.

In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate across teams, build scalable processes, and report to the Director, Brand Marketing. This remote, nationwide position includes travel for events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, customer marketing, reputation management, or related discipline.
• Experience building or operating programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with sound public representation judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn them into repeatable programs.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable approach for identifying and engaging with the communities and conversations that matter to customers and prospects.
• Develop a pipeline of customer advocates for reviews, testimonials, references, stories, and other opportunities.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across third‑party platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Create a feedback loop turning customer signals into insights for teams across the company.
