Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to connect customer voices with product and brand teams. The role will develop programs that convert experiences into reviews, testimonials, and credible proof, while building a robust advocacy pipeline.

Based in a remote, national capacity, you will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to amplify customer insights and manage on-going reputation initiatives across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, or related discipline.
• Experience building programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong judgment when representing a company publicly.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those relationships into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns, evaluate program performance, and recommend action.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, community and social platforms, project-management tools, or similar technology.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable approach for engaging with the communities and conversations that matter to Dodge customers and prospects.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of customer advocates who can participate in reviews, testimonials, references, customer stories, research, events, and other opportunities.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across relevant third-party platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Create a useful feedback loop that turns community, review, and customer signals into insights for teams across the company.
• Help activate customers and subject-matter experts around webinars, events, research, thought leadership, and Brand programs.
• Work across Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Economics and Research, Sales, and Customer Experience to keep opportunities moving.
• Maintain clear records of participation, permissions, and approvals to activate advocacy consistently.
