Job summary

True Link Financial, Inc. is seeking a Fund Operations Associate - Custody to manage the daily disbursement and payment processing pipeline. The role requires coordinating across teams, handling ACH and wire transfers, and meeting firm cutoffs with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of custody, trust, investment, banking, or payments operations experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong data reconciliation skills.
• Familiar with ACH, wires, and check processing; NACHA experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Emphasis on fraud prevention, internal controls, and compliance.
• Comfortable using multiple tech platforms, including Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily disbursement funding ahead of morning cutoffs.
• Process daily payment files and wire transfers across banking partners.
• Handle expedited and exception requests, including same-day payments.
• Review bank reconciliation summaries and resolve errored items.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
