Qualifications

• Experience in custody, trust, or payments operations.
• Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills.
• Familiar with ACH, wires, and checks processing; NACHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily disbursement funding ahead of morning cutoffs.
• Process daily payment files and wire transfers across banking partners.
• Handle expedited and exception requests with clear tracking.
• Review daily bank reconciliation summaries and resolve errored items.
• Identify workflow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support ad-hoc projects across the team.
