Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. is seeking a Fund Services professional to support a diverse client base including mutual funds, 529 college savings plans, offshore funds, and company stockholders. You will coordinate with outsourced providers and help ensure compliance across processes and policies.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan and may involve a remote work option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 required (within 6 months of hire).
• Mutual fund experience and transfer agency service provider expertise preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral/written) with ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Able to multitask and rapidly change focus as business needs dictate.
• Fluent in general office software including Word and Excel; able to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, time-sensitive, and cost-effective services to mutual funds, college savings plans 529, offshore clients, and company stockholders and intermediaries.
• Work with outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality and quantity standards.
• Research and provide information on operational processes and ensure policies are followed.
• Draft policies and testing procedures to adhere to industry and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Mutual Fund Services management to ensure compliance and operational processes meet policies and regulations.
• Stay informed on mutual fund industry standards, laws, and regulations.
