Job summary

True Link is a profitable fintech delivering trusted financial solutions to underserved populations. As a Fund Operations Associate - Custody, you will own the daily disbursement and payment processing pipeline, manage funding disbursements, ACH/NACHA files, wires, and expedited requests, ensuring accuracy under tight cutoffs.

You’ll work cross-functionally to support the mission, review bank reconciliations, resolve issues, and identify workflow improvements that reduce risk while maintaining

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong data reconciliation skills.
• Familiar with ACH and wires; NACHA file experience is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and drives solutions.
• Comfortable navigating multiple banking platforms and using Excel/Sheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily disbursement funding ahead of morning cutoffs.
• Process daily payment files and wire transfers with multiple banking partners.
• Handle expedited and exception requests including same-day payments and redeposits.
• Review bank reconciliation summaries and resolve errored items.
• Calculate and assess weekly fees for assigned organizations.
• Log and track stop payment and redeposit requests with banking partners.
• Escalate processing issues and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support ad-hoc projects across the team.
