Herzing University is seeking a Curriculum Development SME for a part-time, remote engagement to support designing a Master of Applied Behavior Analysis program. The SME will map curriculum to ABAI standards, develop accreditation timelines, and advise on faculty qualifications and timelines.

The role involves coordinating with the AVP of Curriculum and Assessment, Department Chair-Behavioral Health, and other stakeholders, ensuring deliverables meet the ABAI guidelines and internal policies.

Qualificações

• Hold a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Hold current BCBA certification with BCBA-D designation, in good standing.
• Experience designing and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Familiarity with ABAI accreditation processes and grant/academic timelines.
• Ability to map curriculum to ABAI standards and develop crosswalks.

Responsabilidades

• Propose an accreditation timeline with milestones, dependencies, and hiring needs.
• Crosswalk proposed curriculum to ABAI standards with gaps and revisions.
• Document alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure needs.
• Draft internal program communications and review external materials.
• Attend project meetings with senior leaders and department chairs.
• Submit deliverables on contract schedules and program structure.
