Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide the design of an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and drive accreditation with ABAI. The SME will map curriculum to ABAI standards, draft program communications, and coordinate with senior leaders to align coursework with certification and licensure requirements.

The role involves developing an accreditation timeline, identifying faculty needs, and ensuring compliance with program structure goals while safeguarding confidentiality

Qualifications

• PhD/Doctorate in behavior analysis or ABA required.
• BCBA certification with BCBA-D designation in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.

Responsibilities

• Propose an accreditation timeline with milestones, dependencies and needed hires.
• Map proposed curriculum to ABAI standards and provide a gap analysis with revisions.
• Document curriculum, supervised fieldwork and outcomes against BACB/licensure requirements.
• Draft internal program communications and review external materials as needed.
• Attend scheduled meetings with AVP of Curriculum & Assessment and Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Submit deliverables on the SME contract schedule and program structure.
