Herzing University seeks a part‑time SME to guide the MS in Applied Behavior Analysis toward ABAI accreditation. The SME will map curriculum to ABAI standards, guide accreditation timelines, and align with BACB and state licensure requirements.

The role involves developing program communications, supervising fieldwork design, and attending key project meetings with the AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and the Department Chair-Behavioral Health. This is a contract position with a 40-hour cap.

Qualifikationen

• Must have doctoral degree in behavior analysis or ABA.
• Must hold BCBA certification (BCBA-D) in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with ABAI accreditation process as director, faculty, or reviewer.

Aufgaben

• Propose accreditation timeline with milestones, dependencies, and hiring needs.
• Create standards crosswalk; map curriculum to ABAI standards and provide gap analysis.
• Document alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Draft internal program communications and review external materials.
• Attend scheduled project meetings with AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Submit deliverables on contract schedule per program structure.
