Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Hold current BCBA certification with the BCBA-D designation, in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with the ABAI accreditation process as a program director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum sequencing, assessment, and licensure alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation timeline. Propose a timeline with milestones, dependencies, and hiring needs.
• Standards crosswalk. Map curriculum to ABAI standards with gap analysis and revisions.
• Certification and licensure alignment. Align curriculum to BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Program communication. Draft internal materials and review external communications.
• Meetings. Attend scheduled project meetings with university leadership.
• Deliverables. Submit deliverables on contract schedule and program structure.
• Confidentiality and AI use. Protect confidential information and follow AI governance policies.
• Contract. Adhere to the SME contract and perform additional duties as assigned.
