Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Curriculum Designer to design, implement, and maintain training resources for the Quality department. This fully remote role supports nationwide candidates and emphasizes Storyline-based e-learning and modern instructional design practices.

You will develop training programs, assess outcomes, and collaborate with teams to improve performance across healthcare services. Healthcare industry exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred.
• Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Description

Position Purpose: Design, implement and maintain training resources. Write, update, evaluate, and propose training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development leveraging tools such as Articulate Storyline and Wellsaid Labs. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline is required to meet expectations for the position and the hiring team will assess candidate's skillset as a part of the interview process.
