Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Curriculum Designer for a fully remote role. You will design, write, update and evaluate training resources supporting customer service, process documentation and e-learning development, with a focus on Articulate Storyline.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in instructional design and 2+ years of curriculum design experience, plus familiarity with Storyline and possibly Adobe Captivate; healthcare experience and PM skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience designing curriculum in adult learning settings.
• Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred.
• Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design instructional materials that support learning and performance within functional teams for the Quality department
• Outline and deliver timely training project plans
• Maintain training resources and support sites
• Develop instruments to assess knowledge, skills, and quality results
• Conduct reviews of training program objectives assessing the need for modifications to content and structure
• Facilitate training as needed to support operational goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
