Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field; 2+ years of curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience designing curricula in adult learning settings; healthcare industry and project management experience preferred.
• Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate experience preferred.

Job description

Position Purpose:

Design, implement and maintain training resources. Write, update, evaluate, and propose training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development leveraging tools such as Articulate Storyline and Wellsaid Labs. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline is required to meet expectations for the position and the hiring team will assess candidate's skillset as a part of the interview process.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience. Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Experience designing curriculum in adult learning settings. Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred. Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience preferred.Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
