Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Texas LMFT/LCSW/LPC license.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and cultural competence.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy.
• Crisis intervention skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and general computer applications.
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments.
