Midwest Counseling Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive telehealth therapy from Pasadena, TX. You will conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and lead individual, family, and group sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires Texas licensure (LMFT/LPC/LCSW/PSY) with crisis intervention skills, strong communication, and Telehealth experience.

Qualificações

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, MHC, or Psychology.
• Current Texas LMFT/LPC/LCSW or Psychologist license.
• Experience with individual and group therapy; culturally contextual care.
• Crisis intervention skills; strong communication.
• Familiarity with telehealth and telepsychiatry workflows.
• Proficient with EHR systems; confidential documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Educate clients and families about conditions and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation following state guidelines.
• Participate in case conferences and cultural competency training.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.
